Great protein! I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey for a couple of months and I’m very satisfied. The quality is excellent, and each serving has about 24g of protein — the recovery effect after workouts is noticeable. The packaging comes in different sizes, which makes it convenient and cost-effective. It mixes smoothly without clumps, the texture is nice, and the taste is natural and not overly sweet. For the price, it’s one of the best options — the balance of quality, taste, and effectiveness is absolutely worth it.

Great flavor and quality
Amazing results. At first I tried mixing it with coconut milk but left a bitter taste and clumps. Then tried it just with water. Taste was wonderful and drink had no clumps. So, dissolves perfect in cold water. For about the cost of a burger fries and a soft drink, you get ten servings of quality protein (240 grams). Most single burgers have around 23 grams of protein, double that if its a double or has cheese and bacon. If you don’t need all of those calories, this goes lean on your wallet and on your waist making it a good value. The size is perfect if you want to try new flavors, mix flavors, or don’t want to lug your 5lb tub to the gym. The container is sturdy enough that you won’t have to worry about it opening an spilling all over your workout clothes when you throw it into your bag.

Great breakfast replacement for a busy mom
Great flavor with not as bad of a protein after taste as some of the other brands. The protein quality is alright, but not the best, though it works for this postpartum mom as a good quick breakfast meal replacement. Decent value for your dollar. Blendability could be better, but my blender also just low key sucks.

Love the vanilla ice cream flavor — smooth, not chalky, and mixes fast. I’ve noticed it actually helps calm my heartburn and indigestion issues instead of making it worse. It makes me feel full for most of the day and it’s very reasonably priced. It smells delicious! Perfect for post-workout or a quick protein boost anytime!

Wow! ON’s Vanilla Ice Cream favor is so yummy! It’s packed with flavor, no yucky aftertaste, and not overly sweet (subjective). I also purchased the Double Chocolate but I didn’t find it as tasty. I expected more richness and flavor and it just didn’t deliver. Kinda like a carnation breakfast drink or when Mom made you a Nestle chocolate drink but didn’t add that extra scoop you asked for. It’s good though. Vanilla Ice Cream has me hooked. First time purchasing the ON brand and I was relieved to find a 10 serving option to try out rather than buying a larger quantity only to find I disliked it. The powder blends fast with absolutely no clumps. The 24g protein is right in the middle of what my doctor directed diet required. The value is reasonable for a smaller quantity. Wish all flavors were available in this size. I’d definitely buy all of them. 5 stars well earned.

Double Rich Chocolate Has No taste!!
This is the second flavor I’ve bought from this brand. My first flavor was Extreme Milk Chocolate, which tasted great. I have read reviews that this flavor tasted bitter but some other reviews that said it tasted good. Well, as a chocolate lover…for me.. this tastes like nothing. Literally nothing!!!! All I could taste was the almond milk I mixed it with. No chocolate at all. I guess this could be good for people who want no flavor; but wouldn’t you just look for unflavored protein instead? I’m glad this was a small container; I’ll be going back to the other flavor or looking elsewhere.
