Effective, but hate the chemically sweet taste
Giving it 4 stars because the main purpose is the creatine, but have a hard time believing the reviews saying they like the taste. It’s pretty sickeningly sweet in a very chemical tasting way. The crystal light review seems kind to me. I take mine with 16 oz of water and just down it in one shot like medicine. On the plus side I’m 57 and my workouts certainly have improved. Whether it’s just in my mind my joints arent bothering me like they used too and I’ve actually started increasing weights after years of decreasing how much I was lifting. As for taste I much prefer the ON offering with just creatine (ie not including vitamins like this version). Far less sweet and much easier to drink.

It’s Giving… Crystal Light 🤷
I bought this because I didn’t want to do an unflavored creatine, and liked the idea that this also offered the addition of vitamins B, C, D, potassium, magnesium and electrolytes. The strawberry peach smells great… While the taste isn’t necessarily bad, (it’s almost more tropical fruit than strawberry/peach🤷) but it IS strong. I found that I blow past the recommended 12-16oz of water and water it down even more. I’ve actually started using 1 scoop of this and one scoop of unflavored creatine to make the flavor a little less intense. It does lose me a little with the aftertaste… If you grew up in the 80s/90s, the aftertaste is giving Crystal Light, which I don’t particularly love, but it’s to be expected with all workout drinks/supplements that don’t use sugar to improve taste

Very sweet
I mix with 25-30 ounces of water to make the taste bearable. It also didn’t come with a measuring scoop which is very inconvenient. Mixes well into water, not a bad product but I probably wouldn’t buy again.

My trainer suggested this supplement and my nutricionist asked me to drink more water, tried the non flavored before but didnt like it with this i can flavor my water flask and take it during the day..2 birds 1 stoneFlavor its great my favorite so far

Flavor is great and cost for amount is right what I expected for optimum nutrition. I feel no side effects or bloating and I feel that the quality of the product is amazing and I’m seeing results in the mirror
