Very good bike – PROS and CONS list to help you decide
After a lot of research I decided to purchase the Niceday Recumbent Exercise Bike. First impressions:PROS:- the fit and finish were very good. Easy to put together – everything fit and instructions were the best I have seen in a while- assembly took about 45 minutes – instructions kept me from making any mistakes- bike packing was exceptional. Note to remove cardboard FIRST then you can remove certain parts easily from styrofoam.- the bike is really really very quiet and smooth- the bike is very stable. We have it in a room with carpet and the bike is stable – it moves very little and riders feel secure- the seat is easy to adjust to accommodate multiple riders- My wife is 5’2” and I am 6’0” and we are both very comfortable riding- foot pedals/ foot placement and foot straps are comfortable- easy in / easy out. Works well for me and my wife without making individual adjustments- The resistance is easy to change with a click while pedaling – easy to follow along with fitness videos when they ask you to change resistance- the resistance is good enough for beginners or for moderate exercise- CONS:- the LCD display is dark – hard to read unless room is well lit. Kinda don’t use the display much because of this.- Can’t see where you can see RPM rate. Some fitness vids state to follow along at a certain Revs per minute – have to do calculations from MPH- The seat and back rest is Ok. Not truly a con but nothing exceptional here.- the resistance tops out at a easier moderate. No Olympic training here. You need to plan to go longer and not harder with this equipment. If you want a high intensity bike for advanced – look elsewhere.- minor but not easy to see markings when adjusting seat for diff riders. Needed to stick some labels to make seat adjustments easierI would buy this bike again – and would consider other products from this company (Niceday) in the future.

An awsome piece of equipment
This is the most well designed and engineered piece of equipment I haver ever seen. It is packed for shipment so well it could withstand a 12 foot drop without damage. The Bike is silent when pedalling. The seat is adjustable to accomodate most any height person. The tension adjustment is located in an easy location without having to get up from the seated position. There are 16 positions. The lowest position is excellent for knee replacement surgery. The highest will provide an excellent workout. The display is easy to operate and has a scan feature which will change from time to speed to heart rate, etc every 6 seconds. The bike weighs 100 pounds but has a handle on the back and wheels on the front to move it. I am 83 years old and have long term COVID yet I can pick it up and move it around with little effort. The seat is large with a net back which is very comfortable. The assembly instructions are simple to follow. It comes with all tools necessary and all hardware, i.e. nuts and bolts are mounted on cardboard covered with plastic. All pieces are clearly identified and match the instructions. I would highly recommend this product and I compliment EasyDay for designing an excellent piece of exercise equipment.

Very sturdy and reliable recumbent bike
It’s now Fall with Winter around the corner, and I won’t be going out to walk as much due to the colder temps. Looked into getting a treadmill or stationary bike. After much research, I came across this product. It is heavy, as others have stated, but can easily be moved with the wheels in front and handle in the back. I’m 69 and had no problem moving it. The instructions are hard to follow. An online video helped me figure it out. Once it was assembled I really like it. It’s very solid. You have a number of different tensions, the seat can be adjusted easily, and the screen has different settings to track your progress. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay active, particularly if you’re like me and don’t like the cold.

Excellent Residential Recumbent Bike For The Price!
Very sturdy, approximately 90lbs, well thought out and built recumbent bike for the price. It was packaged extremely well and arrived intact. I purchased the bike for my 92-year old mother who has become sedentary and needs a convenient form of exercise. Having handles with the heart rate monitoring capability by the sides of the seat, that flip up out of the way to sit down, was good thinking and convenient. Also having stationary handles on either side of the display monitor for balance, getting in and out, and to assist with sitting down and getting up was also helpful for my mother. I was purposely looking for a bike that had a very low bar connecting the seat area to the flywheel to minimize the trip hazard for my mother that did not require her to lift her leg super high to get in and sit down. Allow 60-90 minutes to put it together. The instructions were impeccable. Really impressive and it would be very difficult to mess up assembling it. All the tools to construct it were supplied in the box along with the necessary screws, nuts and bolts. The manufacturer even included a few extra screws just in case. The settings go from a very low resistance level, level 1, which is appropriate for my mother to very high resistance. The transition from between resistance levels is smooth and incremental and the bike is silent. My only criticism is the display monitor. It needs to provide detail of what is being shown on the display (e.g., rpm, heart rate, minutes, etc.) and maybe an on/off power button. AAA batteries, supplied by the manufacturer in the box, power the display.

better than expected for a 60 yr. old.
used a few days now. solid and well made, comfortable and easy to adjust. silent when using. assembly was straight forward and not difficult. tools are supplied but not the best, my simple rachet set helped a lot. easy to move after assembled, wheels on front support so assemble in a large area and move. the resistance is from easy to enough. would req. to anyone who is not looking for a gym membership. driving to a gym is not for me. so this was perfect.

This bike has been the perfect addition for my mother who has had some pain in her knees. She’s nearly 80 and winter in Canada has its limitations for her outside. She’s already racked up 42kms on the bike in the first month!!! That’s gotta be a record.
