We started taking magnesium on our doctors recommendation to help our sleep. We are happy with the results and are curently taking 200 mg a night. Yes, this says 300 mg per dose, but each capsule is only 100 mg. Please keep this in mind when ordering this brand, Also, the capsules are on the large size which doesn’t bother me but my husband can only swallow one of them at a time.
