3-in-1 Massage Ball Roller Set- This set includes 1 foot massage roller, 1 massage Lacrosse ball, and 1 spiky ball, offering 3 levels of massage intensity. The foot roller helps relieve plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, edema, and fatigue. The non-slip textured Lacrosse ball gently warms up muscle groups, making it the perfect preparation for deeper massage. Combined with the spiky fascia ball, it penetrates deeper layers of fascia for double the efficiency, achieving full coverage from “surface to deep.”
Foot Massager for Plantar Fasciitis Relief- Designed with perfect ergonomics, this therapy ball provides deep tissue massage to the feet through acupressure, reducing tension and improving blood circulation. It is highly effective for plantar fasciitis, acupoint stimulation, tired and aching feet, soreness, and heel spurs. Beyond the feet, it also works effectively on hands, forearms, shoulders, lower back, calves, and hamstrings.
Non-Slip Textured Massage Lacrosse Ball- Made with eco-friendly, anti-slip material, it delivers more focused pressure compared with ordinary rubber balls, without sliding during use. The smooth surface allows fast rolling over large muscle groups (such as the back and thighs), warming up muscles and promoting circulation. It is suitable for daily relaxation or people with sensitive muscles, avoiding prickly sensations.
Say Goodbye to Your Foot Pain- The spiky ball design targets acupressure points precisely, penetrating beyond surface muscles to break down fascial adhesions (such as in the neck-shoulder area or foot sole). It relieves post-exercise stiffness or chronic strain. Through acupressure reflexology, it also improves circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage, eases muscle and joint tension, and helps alleviate headaches or migraines, providing the body with deep relaxation and balance.
Portable Foot Ball Roller Massager- Foot massage balls and roller are compact in size. With a drawstring bag for convenient storage and is easily carried around. They are lightweight and do not take up much space, you can take them to many places such as gym, park, office, hotel, home etc.
Premium Material- The massage roller ball is made of safe durable PVC and TPE material. It doesn’t have to be assembled, and it is produced for lasting and easy-using.
A Good Health Care Gift- This equipment can relieve plantar fasciitis and pain from different parts well. It’s a good present to show your care to somebody you love, especially as a Christmas Day or new year gift.

decent for purpose, but low quality plastic
This set gives you three different tools in one package: a spiky ball, a lacrosse ball, and a roller. Each works well for targeting sore spots, whether it’s plantar fasciitis, heel pain, or general muscle tension. The variety makes it easy to switch between deep pressure and lighter massage depending on what you need. The spiky ball and roller do help with circulation and loosening tight muscles, but the plastic feels low quality. It doesn’t have the solid, durable feel you’d expect, and that takes away from the overall impression. The lacrosse ball is the most reliable piece, with a firmer feel that works well for trigger points.Overall, the set is useful for home recovery and daily relief, but the plastic quality could be better.

Good quality, decent price
I got this for my husband who has chronic foot pain. He loves the roller and tells me every time he uses it how good it feels. He keeps it under his desk and uses it all the time.He doesn’t really use the lacrosse ball, but it does seem like something that would be useful for physical therapy exercises. The spiky ball has multiple uses in my house. Aside from being a favorite massage tool for my husband’s sore spots, my cats LOVE this thing. They cannot get enough of being gently massaged with the spiky ball.At the currently listed price of $16.99, this seems to fall about in the mid-range if pricing for this kind of product. Made of good quality plastic, this product seems like it will last a long while. And for the relief it gives to my husband (plus the joy it gives to my cats) it’s well worth that price.

Foot Relief Mixed Bag
I was a little disappointed in this. It all seems to be made out of good sturdy material, I would say the workmanship is good in the product. For me for pain relief for my foot, I found that the solid ball worked the best on me and gave me the most relief. The problem I have with the tubular roller is that the little nodules are so small that I barely feel them at all. I have other foot products that have much larger nodules on them and feel better. I did not expect these to be so small, so the plastic roller is really no use to me. The plastic ball with the spikes on it you can definitely feel on your foot but the spikes are too pointy in my opinion to the point where they feel too sharp against the bottom of my foot. Rather than pain relief to me just gives me more pain. It does come with a nice caring bag, and I do think that some people might get some relief from the products that I did not like, but for myself for my own personal experience two out of the three of these items I did not care for.

Deepest Tissue Work & Customization
This three-in-one therapy set is a must-have for anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, arch pain, or general muscle tightness. It provides an excellent, versatile solution for both foot relief and full-body deep tissue massage. The combination of tools—a foot roller, a smooth lacrosse-style ball, and a spiky ball—offers a range of intensity levels to target different needs and pain points effectively.Targeted Foot & Full-Body ReliefThe Foot Massager Roller is fantastic for breaking up tension across the arch and heel. Its hard plastic construction with gentle nubs provides a deep, satisfying massage that’s effective without being overly sharp. I can feel the tension melting away after just a few minutes of rolling my feet, which provides noticeable relief from morning plantar fasciitis stiffness. For broader muscle work on the back, neck, and shoulders, the Smooth Massage Ball is perfect. Its rubber-like texture makes it the most gentle option in the set, allowing for targeted pressure without the intense bite of the spiky ball. It provides excellent grip against a wall or the floor, making it ideal for precision work on trigger points. The only minor drawback is that its gentle texture does tend to pick up lint if used directly on a carpet or rug, but a quick rinse fixes that easily. The Spiky Ball is the powerhouse of the set, designed for the deepest tissue massage. Its hard plastic spikes are incredibly effective at digging into knots, especially in the glutes or shoulders. A word of caution: due to its firmness, you must be gentle and control the pressure initially, or it can be quite painful. When used with care, it’s unparalleled for accessing those stubborn, deep-seated muscle restrictions.Overall, this set is a truly valuable investment. It offers a professional-quality, multi-faceted approach to pain and tension relief right at home. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking effective, customizable self-massage tools.

Great relief for flat feet
I have flat feet, and bad feet from several injuries. I am also on my feet all day on concrete, which is not a good combination. I am always struggling with sore and achey muscles, and try to find effective ways to alleviate the pain. All three pieces come in a draw string bag (handy because these look a lot like my dogs toys if left out on the floor, so I make sure to put them away after use.) It’s big enough to use on a wide variety of foot sizes, but compact enough it can be stored pretty easily. The quality seems pretty durable, both the blue spiky ball and black roller are hollow, but made from very thick plastic, so I don’t worry about them breaking anytime soon, even with firm pressure. The green lacrosse ball is solid and made from firm rubber.I used this on both the arch of my foot and the top of foot (as I’ve sprained both tops of my feet, and frequently have sore tendons there) I thought the black roller would be my favorite (and dont get me wrong, it was great) but that blue spiky ball is a GOD SEND. I went pretty hard and when I received this it was a Friday and had been a long and taxing week, and just after about 10 minutes my feet felt noticeably better. I didnt have nearly as much pain and didn’t feel the need to ice my feet that night. The lacrosse ball I found was good for a “cool down” after I went hard with the blue ball and to work on my arches.I’ll be curious how this helps long term with everyday use, but just for using for a couple days, I’m impressed !

I have chronic pain and have every massage device known to man. I had an amazing blue spiky acupressure ball for years that was unfortunately chewed and rendered useless by my dog. In my search for a replacement, I found this little set, which seemed perfect because I love having massage balls around in different areas of the house and at work to target trigger points quickly. I brought the foot roller to work, and it was quickly stolen by my coworker, who has plantar fasciitis. She shared that it’s really been helping her feet while she works.I was most excited about the spiky ball to replace my old one. It’s the same size, and it does function similarly, but it’s light, and my old one was slightly weighted. Because it’s lighter, sometimes it doesn’t feel stable. If I’m lying on the ground, for example, if I move in the wrong direction, it might shoot out from under me and roll across the floor, whereas my old one would stay in place. It’s a small detail, but not a dealbreaker. I just recommend using a mat or carpet.Spikes are superior in getting deeper into the muscle than the ball alone, so it’s a step up if you’re coming from a lacrosse ball or something (the green one included is more that style). The bag it comes with could be useful for someone, but I use separate storage for my massage tools, so I don’t use it. I think this would be a good set for someone looking to work on foot pain.

I mainly picked this set up to help with a chronic shoulder blade issue, and the variety of pieces has been really useful. Being able to switch between the smooth lacrosse style ball and the spiky ball lets me control how intense the pressure is depending on how tight or sore things feel that day. Both balls are firm and do a good job getting into trigger points without feeling cheap or squishy.I also like that everything comes in a small storage bag, which keeps it organized and easy to grab. I tend to lose lacrosse balls over time, so having extras in one kit is a nice bonus. While it’s marketed heavily for feet, it works just as well for upper back and shoulder work. Overall, it’s a practical set that does exactly what I need without overcomplicating things.

This massage set comes with a black plastic foot roller, blue plastic spike ball and a green rubber ball. All with a storage carry case.To start the foot roller is handy as listed for planters fasciitis, which is the main reason I got this set. It’s wide enough and with the spikes to offer proper relief across your whole foot. The spikes aren’t too large to be able to use it over a long period of time. However, it doesn’t work on a hard wood floor as the plastic slides very easily. This prevents you from being able to get a good grip with out it slipping out of place. It’s best used on a rug or towel. The spiked plastic ball also has a similar issue to the roller, by sliding across a hard floor. This ball is much better used for rolling along your shoulder blades and back.Lastly the green rubber ball definitely works best on a hard floor and it’s the heaviest. With the weight and resistance it certainly provided the most noticeable relief to my feet and could also be used to roll along my back. The set is decent and offers you that variety to customize your needs. It’s a bit on the steep side honestly at $27 since the plastics were so hard they slipped on wood that you had to be choosy where to use them. This is really my only con, but I would recommend the set still for the variety.

This is a good massage kit made of two firm balls and a hollow cylindrical roller with smoothly rounded spikes. All three are made of good materials, no smell of any kind. The kind of massage provided by this kit is obviously aimed at those with plantar fasciitis, but will be beneficial for anyone who needs to improve blood circulation.Every item in this kit works well, providing pleasant relief from everyday stress and fatigue, and is good for reducing pain. I like using them in sitting position by rolling soles of my feet over each – start with a cylindrical roller for 10 min, then use spiky ball for 5 min, then lacrosse ball (sequence may vary). I would then wash all items with warm water and soap after use. In the past, I used to roll a bottle filled with frozen water, and it worked somewhat, but this roller kit helps much better.Any of the three items in this kit may be used in office work environment, without drawing much attention from co-workers. The kit is light, so it can go with you for travel if needed. Storage bag is convenient and helps keeping it all together. Good product overall, good price, glad to recommend.

This is a good massage set with a lot of possibilities, but it still leaves me with mixed feelings. The foot roller provides relief and comfort when using it. However, the material is extremely hard and very slippery on hard floors. If it had been covered with an anti‑slip layer and offered a bit more softness, it would have been perfect. The blue spiky ball is made of very hard plastic, and I find it extremely aggressive to use. It would have benefited from being larger in diameter and made from a softer material. The green ball is the best item in the bag—it’s firm, covered with a slightly soft anti‑slip coating, and doesn’t slide on the floor or on synthetic‑fiber clothing. The small storage bag is handy, which is a nice bonus. If I could, I’d give it 3.5 stars out of 5. It’s a decent little kit, but I think I’ll start looking for a higher‑end one.
