Oil was disappointing
After I read so much about this, I ordered it and was disappointed when I got it. I sprayed it on my feet that night after showering and went to bed. I didn’t notice any difference. Tried it again the next night same thing I’ve tried repeated times to use this and just hasn’t worked for me

Read an article that said this spray on bottom of feet 20 min before bed was a game changer .. I am falling asleep more quickly, and staying asleep longer! It does itch if you don’t wash your hands after – recommend if you’re using for sleep like me, just 2-3 sprays sole of feet, massage in, wash hands. Good luck! I hope it works as well for you as it does for me!

i used this product several nights in a row and it did not provide the sleep assistance i was expecting. using lavender natural oil is more helpful for me.

Not even remotely like an “oil”
I can’t tell yet whether or not this product helps me sleep more/better as I only just received it and have used it once. But I am trying to understand why it’s called “Magnesium Oil” when it’s nothing like an oil…? It’s a watery spray that takes a long time to dry, or soak in, and leaves a strange, sticky-ish feeling residue on the skin. NOTHING REMOTELY LIKE AN OIL.
