A godsend if you have problems with muscle cramps
For years, I have struggled with night time cramping and waking up with charley horses. Started taking these supplements and the problem disappeared. No more limping for days after an incident. Been taking magnesium oxide regularly for 7 years, on doctor’s orders. Every time I have lab work done, my magnesium level is just what it should be. So, I’m attributing that to this product. Why this brand? Because it’s relatively inexpensive.
