This door anchor is perfect for exercising with bands. The single door anchor is way too much of a hassle for a a short person so do yourself a favor and invest in this. It’s made a Huge difference for me in my exercise routine 😁

Chose this one because the straps are 2″ wide, while most others are 1″. Bought 2 straps for this setup. Yes, the straps feel a bit loose around the door, but they seem secure. Since I’m not Hercules, I’m not worried about breaking my hollow door.Because I already have a lot of workout bands, I can leave most of them in place, without having to constantly moving bands up & down. I leave most of the bands in place & just move the handles. When I’m done, I simply remove the botttom bands (to protect pets), & connect the ends of all the higher bands with a one cheap carabiner clip. Love the portability factor.

Doesn’t stay
I had to stuff some double sided tape to keep the clamp from slipping every time I pulled on it. I also thought this might have come with some bands (it doesn’t). I should have went with the fast adjustable one because if you’re wanting to switch from rung to rung then it’s easier/faster to get several different bands than taking to time to switch from loop to loop. That being said, it does have a lot of levels which I like.

Two clamps
Instead of it being one giant ratchet strap. Put two clamps one for the top of the door one for the bottom of the door and either top or bottom put this ratchet strap so that you can tighten it from the front of the door instead of the back

I bought this to use with my Bodylastic bands. It offers the ability to quickly position the bands without having to move individual door anchors. The only drawback I feel is the the anchor is designed to take a band which passes through a hoop and both ends of the band are the connected to a single handle. It would be a big improvement if the manufacturer included rings so the user could clip a band or bands to the anchor. Apart from that it is brilliant.
