Easy to setup.. work like a champ
This is very well made and Installing it made me a little nervous, because there obviously is a lot of force on the doorframe, and there was a fear of the wood cracking. My walls are concrete, so the wood in the doorway couldn’t give much. You may see some separation of the wood in the door frame when fully tightening the bar, but just do it slowly. MAKE SURE you have a very sturdy doorframe before attempting to install this. The bar has levels on either side, which is very convenient, as it can be a pain making sure it’s perfectly level.

Works as expected
I use it for dead hangs and it works well for me. I weigh around 140 lbs and it holds my weight although I do sometimes feel it shift a bit and readjust it. It cannot be made tight enough to hold someone much heavier though. Everyone in my home is tall and heavier than I am and it will come loose when they use it. I believe if they really wanted to use it I would just attach something beneath the ends on the doorframe to give it more support. Currently with only the tension holding it, it is very easy to change the position of the bar if desired. The padded grips are very comfortable and help while I am trying to improve by grip strength. The bar it’s self is sturdy. I just would not fully trust the tension to hold it up if you weigh more than 150 lbs or so. I saw some reviews where people complained about damaging walls. It is made to mount in a door frame not on drywall. If you must mount it on drywall you will have to find a spot where the wall studs of a hallway line up directly across from each other so that each end has something solid for the pressure of the tension bar to push against.

Great and very secure, just don’t tighten too much
Got it for my husband and he uses it all the time. We ended up putting in the doorway to our closet.Beware though when tightening it in the doorway. We learned to just tighten it enough to hold ourselves up. When we did it too far, it began to push apart the posts in the door way. But once we loosened it up, everything was fine. Nothing wrong with the product just something to note.Overall great product! Good grip and very comfortable. Very stable and good value.

Fantastic bar, can be used anywhere.
East to assemble, anywhere. Very sturdy. Just make sure to tighten well when twisting bar into place.The foam that it comes with is garbage. Ripped the first time and didn’t last very long after that. Better of getting some grip tape. Works very well.

Perfect.Easy to installDidn’t fit my inner doors since its 72 cm and my space is 70 cm but put it on my outer door insteadI use it to hang for a few seconds for now – hopefully will be able to hang longer time in the future

A very strong product
I purchased this for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He loves to workout and play football and loves to pull-up and flip on this. My only concern is the pressure from the bar has started separating the wood frame around the door frame but that can be easily fixed.I would recommend putting it up in a brick door way if you do not want this issue. By the way, it holds my 6foot 3 and 250 pound husband.We thought of putting two wooden posts in the ground with concrete so that they can use it outside. Great product.

Solid product
Written English instructions are a bit wonky. Needs an editor, but product is solid. Works well in a door frame to support an elastic exercise band. Could benefit from markings on bar that show length of extension of bar on either side to equalize left and right extension.

I do recommend this product. it’s not umi/omi one, but it does same jobs as the most used ones. Sturdy, easy to install and lifts quite a lot of kg’s!

It is surprisingly good quality, however be aware that using this product could potentially lead to injury if it is not secured properly. Please follow the directions and don’t use it for any other purposes such as hanging upside down.
