I have been using this product for years now. I put this in my coffee every morning before I start my day. ( My preference) It’s ease to use and it mixes well with any liquids. You really get the quality and effectiveness with this brand. It uses clean products to make sure your not putting junk in your body. You get a lot of value for your money. It also shows how fast it works in a couple of day.

Highly recommend Klean Athlete Creatine
I have been using Klean Creatine for years now and I highly recommend it. It helps with increased muscles strength, with one scoop a day. I have a faster recovery after workouts and increased exercise performance where I am running or lifting.It’s also been really good for quick energy during high-intensity efforts, leading to greater strength and power output during workouts. Highly recommend.It’s also very affordable. I mix it with water or pre workout and it’s really easy on my stomach when using.

Top notch product, worth the purchase
Context: I’ve been strength training religiously for three years, 4-5 days a week, with years of prior experience. I also injured my shoulder in my first year, while taking no supplements.Review: this is the first creatine supplement I’ve taken on its own, and besides my protein power, the first supplement I’ve added to my diet, and I have seen an immediate, and significant impact on my results. Within the first few weeks of taking it my injury has ceased being an issue in my training. Up until I started taking this supplement I was constantly having issues. I also strech a lot and get sports massages twice a month, which help, but this supplement helped significantly.It mixes well enough into my protein shakes, both in my Shaker bottle or a coffee on off days, and in my blender with my post workout shake. The latter being superior, as the non-blended drinks require constant reconstitution (shake/stir). There’s no obvious flavor, which I prefer, compared to the pre-workout I have added to my diet.The WORST part about this product, by far, is the scoop. The label says to take 5g (as do all the research I’ve done on creatine), but the scoop only fits 4g – or at least under 5g. I use a food scale every time I make my shake to get the right amounts and 100% of the time, I am only getting 4g with one scoop, even if the scoop is over flowing. I generally have to do 1.3 scoops to get 5g. I know this isn’t an issue with my scale, because I use my scale with dozens of other things and it’s always accurate.Besides that, this product is great. Would recommend.

Highly recommended for texture and better gym performance!
The texture is really fine, (but not completely), but still fine enough to mix decent with water. It’s also NSF Certified for Sport which means it’s been screened for banned substances and undeclared ingredients. I also didn’t get an upset stomach like I did with similar products.

Better mixability
I’m new taking this kind of dietary supplement so this is my impression about.I tried another brand (highest reviews in Amzn) before this one.The mixability I think is better than other brand. The powder is finer than the other. Also the product bring the scoop with the exact size to serve the exact amount recommended.

This was bought for my son, who wanted to train at the gym and build muscles. I’ve had no complaints from him – he’s been on it for over a month. I have noted that it dissolves well in whatever drink you mix it with. It’s a little on the pricey side, but as a Mum, I value quality over price, and this product appears to deliver. I did my research before buying, and it consistently comes up as one of the top five Creatine brands to buy. I hope the company continues to uphold its brand quality.
