AWESOME watch and even better Cx service!
I cant put into words how AWESOME this watch is! It comes with two bands and is perfect for small wrists like mine.It looks elegant and cute. Originally, my watch started failing so I contacted Cx support and without a doubt they issued a replacement watch. They are always responsive and eager to help!I love my watch! It also tracks my steps, heart rate, period cycle, and my sleep. You can also connect it to your phone and take phone calls.10/10 recommend

Excellent smartwatch at a great price
I’ve been using this smartwatch for a while and I’m really impressed with the overall experience. The design looks stylish, and is comfortable enough to wear all day, whether at work or during workouts. The display is bright and clear, so I can easily check notifications and fitness stats even outdoors. One of the biggest positives is the battery life — it easily lasts several days on a single charge, even with daily fitness tracking and notifications turned on. The health and activity tracking features are accurate and helpful, especially for monitoring heart rate, sleep, and workouts. It also syncs smoothly with my phone.Overall, this smartwatch is a great balance between style, functionality, and performance. This smartwatch is absolutely worth the price and considering the cost, it delivers performance and features you’d usually expect from higher-end models, making it excellent value for money.

    A Great Smart Watch!
This is a really nice watch for a very reasonable price. Before writing this review I played around with it for five days and tried out just about every function it has. They all work. All you need to do is give it all the permissions that it requests. There’s a page in the app that you download on your phone that requests permissions. I was initially concerned that allowing it to constantly run in the background of my phone would drain my battery, and the app said that was a possibiity, but I noticed no difference in my phone’s battery function. In fact, it used only 6% of the battery.Setting it up the first time was a little confusing. There was one screen that had a button that should have taken me to my phone’s settings and it didn’t work. I tapped the “ignore” button to get out of the screen and went to settings myself. The problem is that every phone’s settings are different. I have a Samsung S23. My husband has a Samsung S24. The settings are completely different. So it’s really impossible to provide instructions that will be accurate on every phone. One last tip is that when you get to the point where you’re setting up your profile (gender, height, weight, etc) the button you need to tap to proceed to the next screen is in the center at the bottom of the screen. It’s very light. If you don’t know it’s there, you won’t see it. You are also given the option to set it up for metric or imperial measurements. Once you get through the initial setup, everything works great. Like I said in the first paragraph, just give it all the permissions it wants and it will work great for you.Now the fun stuff. I guess I’ll start with the appearance. It came in a very attractive box which would make for a very nice Christmas gift. The watch has 440 watch faces! I took screenshots from the app of some of them to give you an idea of what’s available. With that many watch faces you have to be able to find something you like. You can also customize watch faces if you like. It comes with two different styles of watchband. Both are silicone, one has a normal watchband buckle and the other allows you to tuck the excess band between the watchband and your arm. The band size is 20mm so if you want to purchase different watchbands you can.Regarding the functionality, first I want to remind you that it’s connected to your phone via bluetooth so you have to keep your phone near your watch, otherwise the connection will be broken. If that happens, the watch vibrates and the dial displays a message indicating that you’ve lost the connection. As soon as you are back within range of your phone it automatically reconnects. I found that notification feature to be useful in preventing me from leaving my house without my phone. I’ve done that a few times in the past and it’s very inconvenient. This watch will make sure you don’t do that. The watch has so many functions that there’s no way I can describe, or even list, all of them. I took a lot of pictures, though, so you can see for yourself what functions are available and what they look like on the watch face and your phone. I will discuss a few, though. You can set it up to receive all your text messages as well as notifications from social media apps like FB, Messenger, WhatsApp, Nextdoor and more. Other apps you can receive notifications from include Instagram, YouTube, Gmail, Snapchat, X and Pinterest. That list is probably not all inclusive. I tested the text message function as well as the four social media apps I just mentioned and the watch did not miss a single notification. 100% accuracy for five days! You can also answer your phone using the watch. I had my husband call me and I was able to answer the phone and speak to him through the watch while my phone was in my pocket. He said my voice came across crystal clear! I was also able to make phone calls using the watch. I didn’t import my contacts because I have a lot of them. I just dialed my husband because I know his number by heart. The speaker on the watch works very well.I set seven different alarms just to test how many it would allow me to set and I can safely say you can set at least seven to go off every day. I got bored after that and didn’t try to set up anymore alarms. I doubt anyone would need to set up more. The alarm goes off whether you are wearing the watch or charging it and it’s loud enough for you to hear. It’s a really nice function. The sleep monitoring function is my favorite. It shows on the watch and your phone. I’ve included photos of both. It also records your heart rate, blood oxygen record, stress record, emotion record, steps, calories burned and kilometers covered. It can be personalized to record for may different kinds of exercises including but not limited to pushups, situps, gymnastics, tennis, walking and running. It also provides weather reports as well as two different games.Like any new device you’ll have to play around with it to get used to it and to discover all the functionality it has to offer. You can swipe up, down, right and left to get to different menus.I’m very happy with this watch. It has so much more functionality that watches that cost much more and it’s even waterproof. You can’t go wrong with this watch. I really think you’ll love it.

Great smartwatch for on the go person.
The watch was very surprising to me, it was very light and easy to wear for several days at a time with a long battery life, with different apps being used. The step and activity counter were spot on. I wore it simultaneously with another smart watch and the results were very similar. I am a heavy sweater and the band did not bother my arm. I even switched are to see if the results would be different and there were not when doing similar activities. The user interface with the app was easy to use and to test that, I reset the watch and had my wife use it. Today the least, I have not gotten the watch back. She loves the different faces and colors& how light the watch is as she has a small wrist. Swimming did not affect the watch as it holds up well while submerged. For me, I like a heavier feeling watch, but it will works well for men who don’t care and want a fully interactive smartwatch with all the bells and whistles. Sleep app is on point with the other watch. This watch is a great choice at an even greater price. When the come out with a bigger more rugged version for the outdoorsmen I’m on it!!!!!!

Pretty watch, but buy a fitness tracker if that’s what you’re looking for
Let me start by saying that I don’t have a lot of needs from my watch. I need to be able to tell time, count steps, and track my heart rate. For that purpose, it’s a good watch. It would be nice to record my workouts, but this watch and corresponding app aren’t very good for that function. The data doesn’t translate to the app in any way that’s useful. However, I’ve had the watch for a few months and I suspect that it doesn’t track my heart rate accurately based on my workout equipment at home. Are my steps being counted accurately? Not sure. I’ve never used the messaging or notifications on the watch. Turned that off as soon as I got it. For the money, it’s a good watch but if you’re looking for a fitness tracker, invest in something better. For perspective, I used to have a Fitbit and track all of my activity and workouts. So I went from that to this watch.Things I do like-you can personalize the watch face, the style (it doesn’t look cheap), there are a lot of features that I just don’t use like weather, music, alarm, and the watch itself is easy to navigate through all of the options.
