I have recurring scapula pain and discomfort. I was using a popular name brand “freeze” rub. This wasn’t fully helping so I did some research to find another option. I like the application massage roller ball. It’s nice to be able to use the cream and not get it on your hands if not necessary. The pain relief was quick. I would purchase again.

Works Fast but the Smell Is Pretty Strong
This cream actually works well it starts cooling within minutes and noticeably eases joint tension and muscle soreness after workouts. It’s lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue, which I love.My only complaint is the scent it’s pretty strong at first, so if you’re sensitive to smells, that might be a downside. Still, it does its job really well, and a little goes a long way. I’d definitely use it again, just wish the fragrance was milder.

For what it’s worth!
So far I have been using this , it’s a light smell Bengay cream with its own attached rubbing device pretty cool , goes on like icy hot cool to the touch , a little burning feeling it has relieved some of my pain , I still use it .with a wrap or compression bandage / socks, It’s not a heavy cream , very light- it doesn’t stain your sheets or clothing you will not smell as strong when stepping outFor what its worth , try it for yourself, my pain and your pain tolerance is different but relief sure

My bathroom is literally a pain store. I own so many items that are herbal for the many kinds of pain I experience daily and nightly. (I am over 60 with extensive injuries). This stuff is the answer. Yes, it smells of wintergreen at first. No big deal. The smell dissipates. Its not greasy, you only need a small amount and it works for absolutely everything! Abdominal pain, back pain, knee pain and … muscle cramps! I couldn’t believe it and this is all within the last couple of days. I thought I would never find anything that stopped a severe muscle cramp in its tracks in the middle of the night, but this product does. And you don’t have to slather it on or use it every day – It keeps on working. Another surprise! I have suffered for a lot of years and this product is the answer for now! I hope it continues to work for a very long time!

It works very well. I’ve tried other creams, balms etc and had to keep applying. Kalaya cream works for a longer period of time to ease the pain so I don’t have to keep applying as often.I have degenerative disc disease of my lower back, so it is agrivated easily. Kalaya cream eases my pain. I highly recommend it.
