Ich bin von den Igelbällen restlos begeistert. Die drei Härtegrade sind perfekt gewählt und ermöglichen einen breiten Anwendungsbereich. Der gelbe Ball ist der weichste und eignet sich unter anderem für eine Kopfmassage. Ich verwende die Bälle in Kombination mit einer Physiotherapie bzw. zur Muskelentspannung nach dem Sport. Eine Anleitung und eine Übersicht über die Reflexzonen rundet das Angebot ab. Die Bälle sind nahezu geruchlos und das Material ist hochwertig.
