Well made product at a fair price everything seems to be made of a good quality material. I really like the compact nature and the storage bag it makes it really easy to hang them in a closet and then utilize the same closet door to do some of the exercises using the included door accessory.

I actually never thought I’d get into workout bands. I have come to the realization that they are absolutely amazing and incredibly versatile. I set up some brackets on my garage wall and I can workout just about every muscle group on my entire body. I recommend going on YouTube and watching all the different ways you can use these bands. You can use the bands on their own, in conjunction with free weights – added with free weights on many routines to add resistance.I highly recommend at minimum adding bands to your workout in some capacity.Regarding these specific bands from *Coobons*: although some cords/bands are supplied by the same supplier and sold under different company names, I think the Coobons cords/bands are the best ones I’ve purchased as far as quality is concerned. The stitching is done better and thicker. The nylon material is also thicker and wider. They seem to be the better quality vs several other bands I’ve gone thru from other companies.

Great, but add more colors, handles, ways to anchor (doors are not the only or even the best idea)
The resistance bands are great so far, no ruptures (huge plus, others do just break in your face.) Wish there could be more attachments (aside from one door anchor) but that’s another story. Most doors are in the corridors, there’s not a lot of room to swing arms so the door anchor is useless for a lot of people. Think about wardrobe rods, bed legs or create a separate anchor as a distinct product. Also, add more handles, at least one more pair, I would attach one band to a lower anchor, one to a higher one, both need a pair of handles). Add more colors too, orange is good but blue and grey look a bit drab, maybe lime or red or yellow.Great product overall, I’m planning to buy more.

Heavy Resistance Bands: Good Choice for Wide-Ranging Workouts
