Excellent Creatine Gummies.
For those of us that take creatine daily, and really just about everyone should, we know it is not always that easy or convenient to use the powder type. If you can’t shake it well or use a mixer there can be a little graininess which make me not always want to add it to plain water and instead mix it into shakes.The best part of these gummies is how easy and even better tasty they are. They taste excellent, not too far off a very tasty candy gummy, but they are low sugar and carbohydrates which is great for my KETO diet.They are high quality, dissolves quickly and easily through chewing, without being too sticky or getting stuck in your teeth.Overall these hit all the key points with the right dosage of creatine to fill my daily needs, all in a tasty little convenient package.

Convenient Creatine Boost
These Creatine Gummies are a good convenient option that’s much easier than having to mix powders. The flavor is pleasant enough, a little chalky, but not overly sweet or artificial. The size of the gummies is small and easy to chew. I also like that the formula includes electrolytes, BCAAs, L-carnitine, and taurine, which makes it a good supplement overall, beyond just creatine. They seem to help with energy and workout consistency, but especially on training days, I still felt the need to take a separate pre-workout drink to get enough of a boost. Overall, an effective and easy way to get creatine without mixing drinks, and a good value with it’s inclusion of other beneficial ingredients.

Not a fan
I got these to help improve my health, my levels weren’t where they should be so I decided to try these. First impression, odd colors and feels kind of greasy. Texture is chalky, and unpleasant to me. There is nothing saying what they are really flavored with, says blueberry and raspberry flavors but to be honest I tasted neither of those flavors, not even that fake imitation flavor. I will not keep taking these, 3 days was as much as I could take. Dosage is 4 a day but they made me kind of queasy. The ingredients sound good but I can’t get past the taste.

Great Gummies
Great value for the money I was using another brand of creative gummies and they were more expensive. These give me the same dose of creatine and are great quality for the price. The gummy is a bit harder than a candy gummy but the taste is good. This has not upset my stomach or had any strange side effects, they are easy to take and so much more convenient than powders with very low sugar count.
