Just what I was looking for
This was just what I was looking for. My old Venu square finally died after 5 years of faithful service. I was horrified to see that it was no longer available. So I saw a refurbished one and decided to take a chance and it is working out well. I like the Garmin Venu over the Apple Watch because of it LONG battery life and it accurate mileage tracker and sleep tracker. A great product at a great price. What’s not to like?

Like the Garmin watch. Needed a watch and the price was right. It works great . I am happy either way it even though it was a revamped watch.. I didn’t want a white watch and garmin gave me options to switch out colors

Does what it is suppose to do
Bought this for my mom as she know when we call or texture as she keep loosing her phone. She liked it but always forgot to charge it. If you run it dead, which takes about 3 days, you have to reset up the watch. She got annoyed with it and stopped wearing it

Refurbished
I was really nervous about purchasing a refurbished item at such a high price so opted for the protection plan. I’ve used it for 3 months and am pleased so far. For reference, I previously used a series of a more famous step tracking device that I would buy new and would die within a year of use. To say I was nervous about purchasing a new step tracker must be emphasized.I bought a replacement band. The white band smelled bad very quickly so I bought a fabric one on Amazon. It too gets smelly but much slower.Battery life is very good. Everything seems to work as it should. I cannot always figure out how to mute/turn on vibration for messages but I figure that’s me and not the device/program.In these 3 months I have picked up a scratch on the face. I couldn’t tell you how it happened so I don’t know the extent of sensitivity vs my clumsiness.I wish it had a more universal charger. Coincidentally I write this when I left my charger at work of a 3 day weekend and am just without my device.

Nice watch but huge!
I like this watch but it’s huge. If you’re a woman with small wrists it will swallow it. Also it loses connection and kind of pain to get it connected again. Not very user friendly. Going back to Apple Watch. Battery is excellent.

I bought this garmin SQ as a replacement for the one I had for the last couple years,,,, I previously used a Fitbit but switched to this garmin and it’s the best ,,,simple to setup and easy to use,,,,and it’s very attractive and comfortable to wear

Durable
I have had this for about 2 years and wear it everyday during shower in the ocean and he Screen is still scratch free. It still works perfectly fine. I don’t know if it’s just me not being able to figure out the setting, but if you’re in a workout mode then you’re unable to go back and see the time. The battery needs to be charged about once a week if you’re working out regularly.
