Great product
I have used a different sports watch for years and it broke over the weekend, so I went online to purchase a new one. When I typed in the information, the FitVII showed up on my feed. When I first saw the price, I just assumed it was a cheap imitation, but I decided to look into it.. I saw great reviews, and all the functionality was exactly what I was looking for so I decided to take a chance and purchase it. I knew what my other watch was capable of, so I was expecting the same functionality. When I got the watch the next day, I was able to set it up in less than five minutes, it was so easy to use, and had everything I was looking for. I did have two questions that I couldn’t find through all the help files and FAQs so I sent an email to the help center and was pleasantly surprised that I got a response back within 24 hours, over the weekend. They sent me step-by-step instructions with pictures and I was able to easily resolve my issue. So far I’ve had the watch for a few days, and I am so happy with it and glad I decided to take a chance

I have been through now four of the higher priced smart watch/fitness tracking devices, and was tired of them giving out after a year or so of service so was happy to have found this watch.I was skeptical when ordering but figured that I can buy five of these for what one of the name brands were costing. I have to say I was impressed from the minute I took it out of the box. This watch looks like a higher priced item, however, if you look closer you will see this watch is a little thicker, but that doesn’t matter to me. I have already had people mention to me how much they liked their name brand watch and I will love mine. I didn’t disclose I gave a 10th of the price for this one.First you have to charge the watch, which took about an hour to reach full charge. Then you download the app and all the settings can be done from your smart phone. You have to option to choose one of many options for a dial style, since I purchased the watch specifically to monitor my heart rate due to SVT, I choose a dial that has the heartrate on the main screen. The app allows you to set your preferences and tells you that enabling this feature will shorten battery charge, I went with these options as it is why I bought the watch to begin with. You also have to option to answer your phone, read your text, and listen to music, all on your wrist.I checked the accuracy of heart rate, O2 sats and blood pressure against individual devices at home, and the watch was accurate within a few points either way, which is acceptable.Overall my impression is very high, but I have only had this watch three days. Durability, charge and life cycle will have to come in an update, but I am totally impressed at this point.

Good overall quality for the price
Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

Battery life
Great product, purchased it to read blood pressure but does a lot. Make phone calls, read text messages when connected to phone and the battery life last a week before you have to charge it. Sucks that I misplaced the charger, now I’m stuck with a dead watch until I can get another one. Wish the charger was USB-C, I have plenty of these laying around.

Nice Looking and Needs Some Work
This watch is OK but at the price, it is excellent. I have had cheaper watches with better features, though. Like most smartwatches, the bands are too short, uncomfortable, and the claps will become brittle and break off within a few wears. The battery life is fine as it will last about 5-6 days on a singular charge. The sleep function is inconsistent in recording my sleep times, though.

You need the app to use all the features.
I have been using this watch for a while now here are some things to note before buying it.1. You need to download the app and bluetooth it to your watch however you do not need an account you can skip it if you don’t want to make one which is nice.2. The step tracker, and hear rate is off by a lot but that to be expected.3. The weather app only works if you have the app open and connected at all times just having it connected to your phone with bluetooth is not enough.4. You cant text off the watch it only shows messages you received when you have the app connected something you have to do every time you are away from the watch.5. Sleep tracker is pretty good but hard to test unless someone checks it while you sleep.Summary: Its a nice watch for someone who wants to keep an eye on their heath the big issue is you have to use the app and set it up to use all the features and keep it connected all the time for it to work, you can also use custom appearance for the wallpaper that also changes the layout of the watch but you need to do it through the watch app but once you apply the wallpaper you want it will stay even if you lose connection to the phone. I got the watch when it was about half off and believe it was worth it at that price but not for full price 3/5 stars.
