a good deal for the price. thick enough to protect my knees, doesn’t slip around, and feels super sturdy. easy to roll up and the strap makes it great to carry to the gym. solid quality without spending a ton.

Exactly as described. This is not fancy, it’s a cheap but effective layer to protect from hardwood. I think if you want a thin mat, this is great and there probably is not much difference between this and something the same thickness. It’s soft but grippy, but there is not much cushion. It is durable for yoga and workouts and does not slip. It is very thin.

This yoga mat is PERFECT!! Its very comfortable abd so easy to use. Its also pretty affordable too and I would recommend it for people who like to do yoga at home or for anyone starting an at home gym. I’m so glad I bought this!! Definitely worth it!!

Perfect for at-home workouts! It’s great to store, the pink is beautiful, and it is very soft. It is thin, so it is better for simpler workouts. My husband and I both love it; it works great for push-ups and at-home pilates.

The price is okay, but the quality isn’t great. The mat is very thin and gets scratches quickly. Good if you just need something basic, but don’t expect it to last long.

I got a yoga mat because stretching and doing mobility work on my hardwood floor was painful on my joints (in some positions). This added minimal cushioning which was extremely disappointing. The texture is weird too, it feels like there is some petroleum slathered on it right out of the package (it also smells strongly of rubber chemicals as well which is also a minus). The strap is cool though.
