It works as good as an Epsom soak
I use it almost every day after a shower on my knee and my back and it seems to help a lot with pain and muscle strain. Much easier than taking a bath in it.

I was hesitant at first but this lotion really does what it’s suppose to do. Non greasy blends in well into the skin. Definitely worth the purchase. Muscles feel so much better.

Does tge same as an Epsom salts bath
This is a lifesaver for me. I have restless leg muscles at night and this lotion makes a critical difference in my ability to sleep. If I can, I take an Epsom salts bath, but it is tough to pack 3 lb. Bags of Epsom salts in a suitcase. This lotion makes the difference and is much easier to pack. I’ve recommended it to others.

Soothing and helpful for RLS
I have had problems with restless leg syndrome for many years, and have tried almost everything to alleviate the twitches and creepy-crawler sensations. Medication, soap under the bottom sheet of the bed, drinking tonic water, etc. had not helped. When I saw this product, I decided to give it a try. It goes on smoothly, is cool but not greasy, and I feel it helps with the RLS.
