I take this for my post menopausal itch and it works.
After menopause, I noticed that sometimes I get an itch. I’ve tried prescription as well as over the counter creams and nothing helped. I tried this on a lark and guess what, it works. I will always keep a bottle around for whenever this happens, now I have no more itch.

Decent Choice for Probiotic
The Earth’s Pearl Vaginal Health Probiotic seems to be (so far) a decent choice for managing female vaginal health. I like that it is only a 1 tablet dose rather than multiples. These contain 3 billion CFU which seems in the range of what is recommended for these types of probiotics. I do not get any stomach upset or issues after taking. I like that they are made in the USA. Its too soon to say if it will help long term with some of my vaginal irritation but these seem like a fine option to try if you are experiencing any female issues related to yeast, ph, irritation, odor, etc. They also have added support for urinary health so that is a bonus. The only thing I was a tad not in love with, is that these are tablets and when I opened the container there was a big puff of pink powder and as I tried to pull out the cotton piece there was just tons of powder that had come off the tablets. I’ve found a few broken ones as well. Maybe this was a rough shipping issue, I will never know.

Acid reflux
I took this for about almost 2 weeks, then suddenly my acid reflux became super bad when it was completely controlled. Now I have to wait for whenever my gut gets back to normal to stop feeling like I want to barf acid constantly.

I used the entire bottle of these probiotic supplements and sadly did not experience any real results. The supplements were easy to swallow and I did not experience any adverse reactions. I personally prefer gummies.
