Solid pull-up/dip station, no wobble
For the price, this is a very sturdy pull up/dip station. It took me 30 minutes to put together- with the right tools. I used size 14 and 17 sockets, a ratchet, and size 14 and 17 wrenches to hold the nut end of the bolts. For what I need, this is the right setup. There were two types of pull up bars and I bought the one with the regular pull-up bar because I am used to using the bars on gym power racks. The only down side really are the hand grips. Planning to remove the grips on the dip bars and add tape to the dip grips and the pull up bar. Also, for perspective I am 6’1” at 240lbs and this thing is sturdy with no wobble and I don’t have to tuck in my legs for pull ups. After doing research on other power towers and now trying this out, it was 100% worth the money. Just make sure you have like a 9ft ceiling and you won’t have issues.

Great value
It’s sturdy. The width and height are just right, for an adult (5’10”) and for kids (9+ y.o.). The height is adjustable so it grows with your kids.Cons:There are some scratches here and there right out of the box. Some wholes are too big and safety pins don’t stay in place.

The perfect multi-functional, portable pull up station
Anyone who works out somewhere besides a gym knows the most difficult body part to hit is back. There’s never anywhere to do pull ups without risking breaking a door’s molding. I work in the oilfield and have an adjustable bench, some adjustable 90 lb dumbbells, and an EZ-curl bar with weights. You can hit a lot of exercises with just that, but the gaping hole in the routine is nowhere to do back. This station is PERFECT.The station is soo stable. I’m a 180 lb man and I can do explosive pull ups and this piece of equipment doesn’t budge. I am able to do hanging crunches, it just helps if you have something stabilizing your back like a tight rope across the frame. This station is not extremely heavy, but it’s high quality, sturdy. If it were lighter weight, I might question its integrity. It’s the perfect weight for me as I can easily put it in the bed of my truck and fold it up every 2 weeks when I go home. The value for the money….I can’t say enough about it. I’ve bought pull up bar set ups that require a door with strong molding that are as expensive as this entire station. It is probably the best bang for buck of all the gym equipment I have, and it solves a problem that seemed unsolvable. The dip handles are just an added bonus. Doing dips outside of a gym has always been another issue that this product solves. I had just given up on dips because buying equipment just to do dips is not a good use of truck bed space.

Good, but not perfect
Set up wasn’t too bad, about the same effort as putting together ikea furniture. For pullups and dips and everything going directly perpendicular to the ground along the axis of the stand, things are sturdy and greatIf you attach olympic rings to this those are going to work for pull ups and dips, but be ware that this structure will tip over for any movements that are too far off the axis of support. Would have appreciated some sort of weight system or something to keep it sturdy for those movements, but not sure it would be feasible at this price point. Also the handles for dips/push ups/inverted rows are at a fix distance and I would have appreciated either some adjustability or if they were in amore of a V shape so that people with less broad shoulders could have more comfortable grip positions.Overall quite good. Not a complete powerhouse for calisthenics, but definitely a cheap and effective setup for home gyms

Easy to assemble
Great build quality for the price and it’s adjustable height is great for me. It has been stable when in use and I was able to build it by myself but I would recommend two people for ease of assembly.

Met all my expectations, a bit awkward to fold/move around…
For the price and quality I am very happy with this purchase. I saw some (few) videos complaining about squeaky noises and lose joints, but I believe it was simply a need to tighten and assemble everything correctly as mine is virtually silent under loaded use. To that note, as others have expressed the instructions aren’t the most clear, but are absolutely decipherable, just take your time to read. This is not the “buy once cry once” professional grade gym equipment bar, if you want that get a full squat rack, but I’m a renter in a small space and needed a portable home station to regularly perform my rehabilitative exercises. I have no doubt about this device supporting my 6ft 160lb frame for the exercises it was designed for and considering indoor use should last “forever”. At 6ft tall I can reach up and grip the bar in it’s highest position with my arms fully extended and my feet flat on the floor, so a slight bend in my knee is necessary during pull-up maneuvers/hang, but you’re hard pressed to find a portable station much taller and I don’t find it problematic at all. The unit is a bit large to be truly “portable”, but the large size is both a blessing and a curse. It’s not super easy to to quickly fold up, and won’t stash in any closet in my small rental, but it is light weight (50lbs?) and I can make it go away to a back room when I don’t want it out/in the way/in the main area, otherwise it’s staying up. I did take another users recommendation removing the crappy plastic handle grips and taped the bars with cheap bicycle handlebar tape which is a massive upgrade to the diameter of both the pull up and dip bars (differing diameters) Otherwise I found the pull-up bars a bit thin in the hand, not thin as in weak, just hard on the fingers, but the bike tape corrected for this. I also corked the bar ends as a nice finish, a habit from bicycling days. Champagne corks perfectly fit the dip handles and thicker typical cork sizes filled the pull up bar ends (I had a collection). If you already feel like this design might meet your needs/budget I wouldn’t hesitate, just measure your space first to be certain you can both open and store it, and definitely consider the handlebar tape upgrade.
