Brilliant design!
I have been working out for a good 5-6 months on my Spirit XE395 elliptical in addition to using weighted medicine ball routines. Just could not get my lower rectus abdominus challenged. So, I bought this ab roller. This roller is great. NOTHING to assemble. So far ZERO wear and tear on my LVP flooring. Very easy to find the correct posture for back/hip/pelvis alignment/angle. The wheel is 4″ wide. I eventually plan on cutting it to the left and right during workouts, and not just straight forward and back. Balancing side -to-side is almost effortless. It lets me focus on my form and not my balance. I am 6 feet tall. Long arms and legs. PERFECT fit/posture when my elbows are “fitted into” the foam padded elbow cups. Just try to keep the foremost part of the bar close to the floor (1-2 inches above?) without bottoming it out. I have big hands (Men’s XL glove size) and big feet (13 Medium). I grasp the front of the bar with my thumbs almost side-by-side and my chin is centered directly over the wheel while looking between my thumbs on the bar. Make sure your forearms/elbows are seated in the padded cups. Place your arms/elbows into the cups 1st BEFORE you grip the bar. It should feel comfortable. Do not lean rearward at all. Use your abs to both extend and pull yourself back to home position. Plenty of vids online. WATCH THEM and check out the link! Kneeling pads are comfortable and stay in place. Overall, an excellent and well thought out design. Looks good too! Great price point to for the quality one gets! ENJOY!

A Million Times More Comfortable Than Situps
I was a little bit skeptical of this thing before I ordered it and I’ve only been using it for a couple days now, but so far I’m pretty impressed. I’ve mostly been surprised by how comfortable it makes it to work the abs.I did knock a star off for the price because while it seems to be well made, 80 bucks is silly. Also, it’s not really the device’s fault, but it would be nice if it could somehow work the abs on the sides. Is that even a thing? Side abs? Anyway, it seems great for the middle abs, but if it could do the sides too then it would be a phenomenal product.
