Great taste
Love this Creatine powder. It tastes great, mixes easily, and completely dissolves in water (no sandy/gritty texture like lots of other creatine powders). We’ve tried the raspberry and pineapple flavors, the raspberry is tart, but they’re both really good.

I’ve been taking this product in two forms for about a month. I’m taking the EcoWise gummies and now the powder. I have concerns about the Gummies if it has enough creatine in it. Because they taste OK. The powder, however, is much stronger and much more challenging to take. I’ve taken it both in water and in a tea and found that mixing in a tea is better, but it’s still not the most pleasant. If anyone has any detail about how to tell how much creatine is actually in the Gummies, I would love to see it. Because to me, there’s no way that they can taste decent if it has the same amount of creatine that’s in the concrete powder.

I was against creatine but my friend convinced me to try because supposed to help with sleep also. I haven’t noticed a difference but I am continuing to take for muscle health. I didn’t take before because I didn’t want to look fat since it’s supposed to help your muscle retain hold water. This is healthy though if you work out a lot and especially if you don’t hydrate enough. I just pop it in with my electrolyte packet and I can’t taste a thing! I think without mixing it may have a slight sodium taste.

I ordered this creatine HCL because it’s more concentrated and much easier on the stomach compared to the cheaper creatine monohydrate formulas. I’ve tried monohydrate in the past, but unfortunately, it caused me a lot of bloating and discomfort. I have IBS with constipation, and while I don’t think the bloating was directly related to that, the monohydrate just made me feel overly full and uncomfortable—so I had to stop taking it.That’s when my brother recommended the HCL version, and I’m so glad I listened.Since switching, I’ve had zero bloating, no belly issues, and the best part? You only need a smaller dose to get results, so it feels easier on the body and possibly safer in the long run.I’ve been taking it for about a week and a half, and I can already feel my strength returning, especially in my legs after a period of underuse aside from hormonal body changes, affecting my muscles, causing me distress. No side effects, big gains
Other creatine products made me feel bloated, break out, and contained artificial sugars. This one doesn’t have any side effects. Plus, I noticed a big difference in my strength levels. No loading phase required. It tastes great and dissolves fast. Overall, it’s more expensive but worth it.
