Great wrist wraps to sleep in
I have bad wrist so I got these to sleep in. I think it was worth the money. My wrist feel great in the morning. It allows enough flexibility to where I don’t feel like I’m stuck! They’re easy to use, they have which hand they’re for on each one and you slide it on your thumb and wrap basically!

OK For Motorcycling
These provide some support for the wrist. The two pack is a good value. I bought these so I could have some support while wearing a motorcycle jacket. They fit in the sleeve.My doctor called them next to useless. The support brace she gave me was three times as long and much thicker. It does offer better support than these, but I cannot wear it while motorcycling.

The braces are great, for those that are saying the velcro doesn’t last long or eventually doesn’t work well, it might be because your not using a washing bag to keep them from sticking to everything or your not cleaning them at all. These things are extremely sticky I have a hard time keeping them from sticking together when putting them on. I appreciate the way they support my wrists while still allowing movement for cooking, cleaning and handwriting. They also support well while I sleep which is when I need them the most as I tend to curl my hands inward causing more harm to my wrists. I highly recommend these bands.

These are so much more comfortable than the solid ones. I have numbing in my thumb and fingers due to carpel tunnel, and my Dr said to sleep with wrist braces. I bought a different kind initially, that prevent the wrists from folding, and they seemed to worsteb my symptoms, and were extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well with them on. I figured i would try these out and I love them. They don’t fully prevent movement, but they do enough, to prevent me from folding my wrists in my sleep, as they wrap thickly around the wrists. I also don’t have any issues with the velcro as others reviewed. I’ve been wearing them for about 2 weeks now, and I have seen a difference in my finges numbing (and i can sleep with these). I also occasionally wear them during the day, they help prevent stain if I’m doing something that could worsten my condition.I strongly recommend them

It helps keep the wrist in the right form. My pain has reduced since I started using it.My only issue is that the grip sometimes comes off if in contact with wool like material.
