A decent preworkout supplement at a fantastic value.
I’ve been weight training for over 20 years, PWO is an important and constant part of my routine. This is an okay preworkout that, performance wise, I would probably only give 3 stars (maybe 3.5), but when you factor in the cost, the value alone here is worth its own star, so it gets a 4 from me. I love the taste too, many PWO’s miss that mark by a lot. It has a noticeable lack of face-tingles compared to other brands, and also lacks in the pump department. It has lower caffeine than other PWO’s, so if you work out in the evenings this might be a good choice if you’re trying still get to sleep after. The powder is fine and dissolves easily.The breakdown:Taste = 10/10Energy = 5/10Focus = 7/10Pump = 4/10All-in-all its a middle of the road preworkout, but I’ve had other brands perform similarly for twice this cost, so the value here is real.

Worthwile pre workout supplement.
I gave this a try because I’ve used many Built by Nature products in the past and I’m familiar with their consistency and quality.This product dissolves quickly and thoroughly, comes with a convenient scoop to eliminate guesswork and tastes good.It provides fast and level energy for the duration of my 90-120 minute workouts, it’s at a competitive price for the money and although there is no jitteriness whatsoever, I do experience some flushing which is common with pre workout supplements, for me.Overall I consider this a great product.

Great flavor!
I’ve never taken a pre-workout before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a little leery of the flavor and if it would mix fully into water. I am happily surprised that I really like the flavor a lot! The only thing I would have a minor complaint about is it did not fully mix into the water. There was slight residue on the sides of the cup, even though I used a shaker type to hopefully mix it better.As for how it works, I definitely feel “something”, but I’m not sure energetic is the right word. A little tingly if that makes sense. But I’m definitely going to keep drinking it even if the help I feel it gives me is only mental. A+ for the flavor. B+ for the mixability.

Great Pre-workout drink
This is a great pre-workout drink.It mixes easily with water, especially in a shaker bottle. I like mine COLD, so I mix it with ice.When you drink it, you will start to feel it in just a few minutes. It immediately gives you a nice energy boost, getting you ready for that long workout. There is something in this that gives you a “tingling” feeling in your extremities, a bit odd at first but not bad after you are used to it a bit.I never feel jittery when using it, just energized. The effects wear off gradually, lasting about 5 hours or so for me depending on what I am doing. There is no noticeable crash at the end.The taste is pretty good, too- Not something that you’re going to sip and savor, but that’s not the point.And- with no sugar and no calories, It’s not going to mess up your diet!

Perfect workout travel companion- soft sided package with nice blend of pre workout and creatine
This is my go-to travel bag pre-workout/creatine blend. While I prefer more potent (higher stim) workout powder to home use, the convenience of the blend that you get with this product can’t be matched. In addition, it’s in a medium sized package that is soft (not some big plastic tub) with a reliable closing strip. The taste is excellent and as described, the energy level is middle of the road but can be controlled by increasing scoop portion, which also helps control for any jitteriness you might get, but honestly at this level of caffeine it really shouldn’t be an issue at all.

Nice stuff, but it comes in pouch, not tub
This stuff is fine, just like other Preworkouts, has a similar amount of stuff to my other preworkouts, but I don’t think this has any vitamins, so it is not superior to c4 or other preworkouts with vitamins. It does have a nice flavor at least, but you do not get a tub, it is a pouch.
