GREAT PURCHASE
Works great! It is a good quality material that is made well and seems very durable. It was very easy to install and the ratchet device secures it tightly to the door. I purchased it so that I could continue my Physical Therapy program at home. It works very well with the resistance bands I already had!

Perfect for bands workout
I ordered two, and they are perfect. The ratchet system tightens the bands securely, and they are easy on and off. Best part is I was considering buying a ridiculously overpriced floor plate, but these bands make that idea silly. The bands are very strong, don’t sag, and are perfect. Glad I bought these, and not one without the ratchet. If you buy two, there is no exercise you can’t do if you have a bar. Also, i use loop bands, but it has both rings and sleeves that will accommodate thick loop bands. The rings will accept any clip.

Goes on a door wit no effort. I added a bar to go with the bands. Result is a complete home gym. Gives you a good work out.

Stretches enough
I highly recommend this product. It is easy to put it together and doesn’t take long. Easy to use and it does what is supposed to do. The tubes are strong and stretches perfectly. I am enjoying it with a good work out. I give it all stars.

Well made and worth it
This strap offers so many positions for resistance bands, it’s awesome. The locking mechanism is incredibly strong and the strap is really well made. The rings are sturdy and stable on the door. I’ve done glute kickbacks, face pulls, seated lat pulldowns and pallof presses with no issue at all. A really excellent addition to the home workout collection.

Makes exercising with bands so much easier
I started an online exercise program which involves using exercise bands. This strap makes the exercises so much easier than using the small ball on a strap that comes with the bands. This allows for easily changing to the different heights required. Best for a solid door or main door to the outside that can be locked as you may pull against it pretty heavily. Easy to use once you figure out the ratchet component.

Product works great and has a couple more attachment points than the others I have tried. I had a bit of a problem with the ratchet, but it turns out that was my own fault. Customerservice was fast and great and got me back on track. Highly recommend
