I’ll update about effects in the future, but as for taste: AMAZING. This is delicious. I would enjoy this as a fun drink not even as a supplement good for my health. It dissolved in my water pretty well, a little flurry, but you don’t notice. However, it resettled constantly so you gotta stir everytime you take a drink if you’re not chugging it. I think it gave me a mild headache, so drink lots of water.

I wanted to try creatine, but I didn’t want to spend a ton. I ordered this, and was so impressed I ordered again. I do see an improvement in my focus after taking. I also think it is helping me during my strength training workouts. This product doesn’t cause any stomach upset. I did give it four stars because it doesn’t dissolve completely. This isn’t an issue for me because I just keep filling up my glass with water throughout the day. However, if you are quickly drinking this in one glass, you’ll have a big gulp of the powder in the last drink.

Never had creatine before – this was my first time. I like the flavor – and it helps with my functional strength training. Shoulder Press was a machine I could not go up 5lbs in a LONG time. After taking creatine for about two weeks – I went up 5lbs – easy! Get it! You won’t regret it! Bloom also has a non-flavor kind – can’t even tell it is in your water!

Apenas lo empecé a usar. Lo mezclo con mi jugo o café en las mañanas. Lo malo es que la presentación de imagen que te muestran aquí es el bote grande pero te llega el bote chico.
