I bought it because I have problems with my lower back and I needed one for work, and since I started using it it, it has helped me a lot with my posture and with my lower back, and since I started using it, my pain has decreased and helped me a lot. I’m really pleased with this brace. From day one it felt comfortable to wear (even sitting at my desk) and the straps are easy to adjust so it fits well without being too tight.
