A simple yet effective tool
It’s meant to fit a particular body size however, if your frame is a little too small, it might not be able to grab your shoulders right. That’s my only disclaimer.That being said it does do the job of keeping your shoulders back so you don’t hunch over, You do need a bit of flexibility to reach the straps from under you to pull up and over. I had some trouble but that’s because I have a very wide girth for my back.The adjustments is generous. You can make it very tight for optimal support, but as it warns, you must try not to use it the whole day. Nothing replaces naturally strengthening your back posture. This is simply to help

Great lightweight posture corrector to prevent back pain
I purchased this because I sit in front of a computer for along periods of time and need to work on correct posture. The Asahaye Posture Corrector is a great adjustable back posture corrector. It’s lightweight, breathable, and easy to adjust. It provides support for the upper and mid spine without feeling restrictive. I wish the instructions explained how to assemble it, but it’s easy enough to figure out. I recommend this for anyone who wants to work on improving posture to prevent future back problems.

Works Great
This is very helpful for me. I sit at a desk all day 5 days a week, I slouch and I’m sure my screens are not the correct height. I am constantly dealing with neck and back pain that I know is related to my posture. I am looking forward to the long term improvements this will provide me.

Not happy with this.
I was not thrilled with this. Did not provide the support or make me feel lifted. I feel the material was cheap. A pro- easy to put on.

Returned, for sure.It’s the quality for me. I am a muscular guy. I felt like resting was going to break the seams on the velcro straps. This might work well for smaller framed folks or youth.

Good product but not for XL chest size
Product is simple, but well-made. Unfortunately, I have a large chest and shoulders, so while it works, difficult to put on. For someone with a 44″ chest or less, it should work very well.

Works great!!
I wasn’t sure how to work it at first, but once you figure it out (loop the Velcro though the handles in the back), it works great! Just pull it tight and attach it as high up on your shoulder and you’re good to go. I’m wearing it right now and it help me stand up straight. Highly recommend.
