It works and then some.
I have only used this product for 2 days. These are the results that I have had. I have had RESTFUL and sound sleep AND have had the nerves calmed surrounding my bladder. I would sometimes get up 4 or 5 times a night to go to the bathroom. The last couple of nights it was 2 times. This works and most likely I will purchase more.

I love the just took an Epsom salt bath after I spray this on every night.
Wow . I do like the two bottles for the price of one large one, I tend to have restless nights so I pray this on my legs and back. It does have the sticky feeling like sea salt on the skin so I recommend wearing leggings or /and tshirt over the top.Take my bath in the morning or shower .This also stops body odor sir be as I use it as a deodorant for my underarms.I sleep very well just like an Espinoza salt bath at night but we all know to rinse off the Epsom salt or it will dry the skin.I do like this product and am happy for two bottles.

Very sticky
Makes your feet extremely dry causing the top layer of skin to gradually come off. If you spay it on the bottom of your feet at night it’s really sticky and can be difficult to clean. I have carpet in my bedroom and my feet were sticky sadly the lint from the carpet would stick to my feet causing my bed sheets to get dirty. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this one.

The bottle and sprayer is a good quality. But the liquid did nothing for me.
I have been doing some heavy lifting so these felt like a blessing.I sprayed these and I feel no difference at all. I went online to read an article by NIH. Article number is PMC5579607. Based on those studies, previous research included sample size of 19 people bathing.The bottles were in tact and spray works well. I did not get any skin sensitivity issues. So it feels like a decent product.I can’t say whether the lack of effect was due to the qualify of this spray or the science behind it. I feel a menthol roll on is far more effective so I am giving it a neutral review.
