Item came with bad battery, took a long time to charge, got very hot with charging, if you go to battery status is says “battery health-service recommended” then “battery’s capacity is significantly reduced”. Returning now.

Battery issues
I’m not a very happy consumer, bought the watch and the battery is not working properly. It will charge all night and only reach 72%, luckily I bought the warranty for it. It still in its 30 days to replace or repair timeframe but still not a good look on the supplier to ship a defective product. The watch feels and looks really nice, just disappointed on the quality of the battery life.

The watch seems to be working just fine. My only complaint is that it did not include a charging transformer, only a charging cord, so I have to charge it using one of our other chargers.

Works okay, wouldn’t describe the condition as “Excellent” though.
Watch works okay. However it was listed as “Excellent” quality despite having a small noticeable scrape across the top left of the screen. Doesn’t bother me too much now that I’m used to it, but definitely should have be listed as “very good”, and not “excellent”. UPDATE: On top of this, the battery health is 89% and only lasts maybe 8 hours tops. This is supposed to last 17 hours. How does a refurbished item not even have a battery replacement. Highly considering returning this, as a battery replacement is $99
