Hardware damaged product
I was initially pleased with the condition of the Apple Watch—it looked great, with no visible scratches or scuffs. However, when I tried pairing it with my iPhone, it wouldn’t connect. I tested it with four different iPhones, but none worked. I even took it to the Apple Store, where they informed me that the issue was likely hardware-related, despite the watch turning on. Since it was a refurbished item, Apple was unable to service it. Ultimately, I had no choice but to return the watch and purchase a new one. This was a major inconvenience, especially as I needed it for an international trip and didn’t have time to wait for another order. This situation could have been avoided if the seller had thoroughly tested the product before selling it.

Shipping takes forever
It was suppose to be delivered next day shipping, I got it 3 days later. It came in a box that wasn’t even an Apple Watch box, took forever to pair with my phone I ended up having to do it manually but it look over 2 hours trying to get it to connect. So far everything with it seems to work. The band is to big but that’s replaceable

The watch didn’t arrive in an Apple box, but it arrived well packaged, and the shipping was on time. The body of the watch was in exceptional condition it is like brand new, the battery life is at 100%! All the features are functioning and it was very easy to set up. I had to purchase a 42mm band because the original 44mm was too big, since I have a small wrist.

Hello do not buy Apple watches from Amazon I charged it for about 4 1/2 hours then I went on a walk about 15 minutes into my walk the screen for $214. I’m disappointed. buy from Apple. It’s $100 more but at least there’s the guarantee that the screen is not gonna pop off right away

Al principio, me asusté un poco, ya que el producto no venía en caja original, y presentaba rayones visibles a más de 30 cm; lo cual es extraño, porque elegí el Reacondicionado – Excelente, y sinceramente esperaba un producto mejor cuidado.Sin embargo, el producto encendió bien, y comenzó a enlazarse con mi iPhone sin ningún problema.Terminó las actualizaciones, y al momento de estar dando los últimos toques: la carga iba al 80%, estaba actualizando carátula y aplicaciones… y sin más, se apagó de la pantalla y YA NUNCA VOLVIÓ A ENCENDER.No entiendo qué pudo haber pasado, lo tenía en mi escritorio de trabajo, sin cercanía de humedad, calor… o algo que pudiera haber afectado.Probé de todo en internet: forzando el reinicio, con otro cargador, desenlazando del iPhone y nada.He optado por hacer la devolución, ya que el producto no me duró ni 1 hr. Supongo que vendrá con algún defecto de hardware (más allá de lo estético ya comentado).Conclusión: Si van a comprar productos reacondicionados, consideren que es un volado: les puede tocar un producto más o menos decente, o algo completamente disfuncional y defectuoso.Primera y última vez que hago algo así.

Viene en buenas condiciones, trae cargador genérico y correa genérica ese no es el problema, el reloj viene en buenas condiciones parece nuevo.Lo malo es que a mí me llegó con un 80% de vida de batería dije okey no pasa nada, pero el problema es que no sirve el micrófono no puedo dictar si quiero escribir algo o grabar una nota de voz pero bueno me da flojera todo el asunto de regresar el producto además por ser un producto te acondicionado puede venir con defectos por qué no son nuevos.
