Worth every penny
I’ve tried regular ab rollers before and always quit because my wrists would kill me after 5 reps. This one with the elbow supports is a total lifesaver. The elbow support design on this one completely changed that. It feels so secure and controlled—no wobbling, no pain. The build quality is excellent, thick foam on the handles and elbow pads, and the wheel so smooth. Definitely recommended!

Simple and Cheap(In a good way)
As I mentioned in another review, I am working on getting into better shape but don’t have the time to go to the gym or to have large gym equipment in my house so I’ve been looking for smaller things I can get to use for this purpose and I came across this. I have seen products like this before but never really thought about getting one before but so glad that i did!!! This is a very simple product, but its simplicity is really its greatest strength! The roller wheel is just the right size to make you feel the burn when using it, but also the right size to make using it accessible to most people. It is very quiet as it rolls and has a nice weight to it so it doesn’t feel so light when rolling it back and forth. I have used more complicated products that serve a similar purpose but they are way more expensive for very little added value ion their function!
