That’s The Stuff
My poor stomach is in shambles. It’s being punished and it doesn’t understand why. Went from no exercise whatsoever to randomly getting obliterated.In order words, this is a great product and I’ve been greatly enjoying destroying my core (the good kind) again. More interesting than crunches or situps, BUT keep in mind it’s not supposed to replace other workouts. It’s just a different workout.Easy to put together, even easier to use. Please be careful if you’ve never used one before. You will go face first into the ground if not careful. NOT THAT I WOULD KNOW, BECAUSE THAT DEFINITELY DIDN’T HAPPENING TO ME OR ANYTHING 👀. Im serious. I know it sounds like I’m just trying to cover up, but I’m not. Trust me.

Good quality for the price
Use to have an ab roller many many years ago, and wanted to get back into doing it everyday. Love the design of the handles how it contours to the hands better than just a rod. Took one star off for feeling a little shaky at times, but for the price, the quality is good. Took less than a minute to assemble. Only been using it to two days so far and my abs are sore!! It works more just upper abs, not lower.

This ab roller is fantastic. I hadn’t tried one in years and briefly used one at the gym while on vacation, and wow – it worked well!
