Great quality well-balanced multi-vitamin
high quality product for great value, hits on all nutrients I need. It is relatively easy to digest although the mint flavor reminds me of Rumple so I might try Citrus next. Clean ingredients and perfect size for a 1 month supply.

Great multivitamin
I’ve purchased these over 4 times after going through a slew of other multivitamins in the past. Not only are these the best, but they are super easy to swallow and digest and don’t give you any gross aftertaste. I asked my pcp her opinion and she says she absolutely loves these as well!

amazing multivitamin!!
I recently started taking these, they are amazing. they do have a minty taste and leave a lingering mint taste after a few minutes but it’s not strong. I feel a lot better after taking these, my energy and focus has improved a lot, I definitely recommend these vitamins!

Makes me burp – tastes like rotting fish / combo foulness of everything rancid
The effects were pretty good and I didn’t notice anything negative the first few days I took it. I’m not sure if it became different after exposure to light or if I just had a heavy meal those days that coincidentally covered it up.Either way, I can’t take these anymore and have to throw out the bottle. I gave 5 stars hoping to bump the review to the top. It’s nice for energy and focus. Not easy to digest.The smell and flavor I get from the burps it causes (normally I’m not gassy that way) – they make me almost vomit each time.I like the way the bottle looks, which is why I bought it. The pleasant look makes me want to take my vitamins.I should’ve just searched for empty digestible pink glitter capsules and purchased a vitamin powder if I wanted to go for only hype.Absolutely disgusting, not worth the price for the effects if that part doesn’t bother you.The person who said this is a creative pill said it best.

overall, really good if youre looking for something new
i originally liked this product as a replacement for my multi… kinda gave me tummy issues if i had it in the morning and didnt have a big enough breakfast.. had two bottles i believe and noticed alot of hair growth so maybe thats a positive? … they store very well… good minty taste unlike other vitamins … only issue is the tummy ache but thats pretty much a me problem

Take at Bedtime
I purchased these vitamins because they have fish oil in them. I like the convenience of only needing to take one vitamin per day. Also most fish oil pills are huge, I find these easier to swallow. As other reviews have stated they are minty, but it doesn’t linger. I also take mine at bedtime with some yogurt. When I took them during the day I did experience fish burps, but taking them before bed solved that issue!

Mint smells good but unpleasant after
The mint is a bit unpleasant bc it sticks around after you swallow. You have a minty residue feeling in your throat.
