Too much can be quite dangerous.
Interesting talking with my Primary Physician: If one eats a healthy diet, refrains from excess use of sugar, alcohol, there is almost NO NEED for multiple vitamins….AND in many cases an overuse of certain vitamins, is quite dangerous. I took this advice, and decided to stop using them.
