Easy setup and full range of exercise options.
This system worked perfectly on my bedroom door. I am able to get a full workout in daily with minimum setup! I highly recommend this if you are limited in space.

Most of bans are not safe, but this door anchorstrap is a great option when they do
I stopped using bands for working out because all those I bought for two years from Amazon broke after few moth months of use and ended up hitting me hard on my back, arms or legs. But, this anchor strap it’s very good. It’s the only thing that worked as expected for the time I used it that was kind of one year or a year and a half. If you find god quality safe bands, do you a favor buying this strap if you work out at home.

Makes home workouts easy
This really made using resistance bands at home easy. The slip prevention tabs on top don’t move, so adjusting the level of the rings to fit a taller door wasn’t possible. But we tightened it pretty tight and it has not moved

Very Well Designed and Effective
I find the resistance bands provide just the right amount of tension. They are not stiff at all. They are not like heavy plastic but rather very rubbery. These makes it very easy to create different variations on the exercises. You can really feel your muscles are really getting a workout. The only problem I had was with locking the straps around the door. But what I discovered, after watching an installation video, is that I was making it more difficult then it really was. It is actually very simple and easy to do.

Great Deal
This set seemed too good to be true for the price. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up on my office door and the variety of bands, hand holds, and ankle straps make it possible to get a serious workout. The bands are very sturdy, the strap that goes around the door is well made, and there are a variety of loops so you can do tons of different angles for every body part. Excellent product.

Slightly confused
Excited about being able to use it but instructions not as easy to set up as far as how to loop strap and secure …tried researching it not much on it. Nervous that I didn’t do it right, to much gap between strap an door no matter how hard I pull to make it tight. Nervous

Clever system for a home gym!
What a great product for easy exercise! This system would work very well in small spaces. It is small enough to pack and take when traveling. The material is good quality. It stays in place on the door. I am very pleased with this product and it is a fraction of the cost of systems that need to be anchored into the wall!

Easy to setup, secure
Setup took under a minute and it is very secure on the door. This is perfect for doing my PT exercises at home. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware! Not the best quality. One of the hoops the bands go through snapped the first time i used it. The band flung at me and hit me full force in the chin. Not impressed at all.
