My honest opinion
I will say honestly, it would take at least two weeks with a good diet to notice benefits, but this is a very crucial and important supplement for male testosterone. Forget those $50 bottles of new Genex and all this fancy stuff eat a somewhat healthy diet and take zinc and vitamin D at a good quality source like this one and it’ll fill night and day difference.(I just wanna add the bottle looks old cause I’ve had it for a while. It does not come looking like that)

Good Product, But Powdery Tablets
Doctor-recomended supplement. Not wild about powdery tablets. Value was good when purchased. Good product, but take with alot of liquid.

Me gustan mucho los productos soltar pero nunca dicen la fecha de vencimiento del producto y eso debería estar impreso en cada frasco. En ninguno de los productos q he comprado lo indica.

I have taken various forms of zinc supplements since 2000 but strangely, I do not feel any good/ beneficial effect after taking this Solgar Chelated Zinc even for weeks.. did a random comparison by rotating (on seperate days) between Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc (another brand) during night time, and I can feel the difference next morning. thinking if I should just throw this bottle away now
